Windows Backup Tool

Go Control Panel > Search for backup.
Click on the backup to open it!
Click on the change settings and follow the instructions. 

Choose a network drive (See network folder mapping on  http://www.myiteducation.org/2018/11/synology-diskstation-ds1815-quick.html ) or external HDD.

To fix some backup problem. (Not sure, it helps or not?)
The backup can't be done.
Error Message: The mounted backup volume is inaccessible. 

Solution 1: Do settings again. Put the username and password one more time to reach network drive.

Solution 2:  Increase shadow storage limit on all drives
The shadow storage size can be checked and manually changed through a command prompt. Open command prompt as administrator rights.

  • To check the current limit set: vssadmin list shadowstorage
  • To change the limit: vssadmin Resize ShadowStorage /For=X: /On=X: /Maxsize=XX%
  • This will resize the limit to XX percentage size for the X: drive.
  • We recommend setting the drive to 30%.

I would like to share my experience with MCAS proctorcache computer. If you need to setup second precaching computer;  You need to add a precaching computer after choose your school on MCAS PAN website. (Setup>TestNav Configurations>Search(Show All Results) >Choose your school>Select Task(Create/Edit TestNav Configurations)>Press Start button. To precache of the test; Login PAN website! Navigate Testing>Session>Search(Show all results)> Choose your test> See picture below> and the new page. Click on the Precache.
